All groups start together at the same level, learn the same material, and grow as one team. Even though you train on different days, everyone meets on filming day each month — it’s where the whole community comes together and supports each other. Some shoots will also be joined by our intermediate and advanced girls, so you can feel the full energy of our heels family and see what’s possible as you grow.

I offer occasional offline classes in London, hosted at private studios. Check out the upcoming group class dates and locations. These classes are suitable for all levels. While a foundation course is recommended, everyone is welcome to join.

A fully customised session designed around your goals. These classes will answer all your questions about heels technique—whether you're a beginner starting from scratch or an intermediate dancer looking to push past limits and improve.
Sofie is a dancer and choreographer from Norway, currently finishing her MA at London Contemporary Dance School. She has trained with us for a long time: in class, on shoots and inside the foundations of our system.
She’s deeply dedicated to dance and growth, and she loves heels for the confidence and femininity it gives women. As a teacher, Sofie focuses on technique, structure and intention, explaining movement in a simple, clear way that fits perfectly with our method.
Women who train with her always mention how supported and encouraged they feel. We’re proud to have her share our heels system as our community grows.
A complete foundation where moves build from easy to advanced with clear, step-by-step guidance. No more guessing—learn the technique, understand the movement, and finally connect the dots in heels dance.
Short 5-minute lessons make it easy to train on busy days, while longer, in-depth choreographies keep you engaged and inspired.
No travel, no schedule changes, no pressure. Build confidence from home, practice at your own pace, and step into the studio only when you’re ready.
For beginners who want a structured system to learn high heels dance.

Girl, it’s not a job interview 😁. For a Beginner group all you need is the desire to dance and time to commit to yourself. I'll guide you every step of the way. Oh, and a little discipline—you’ve gotta stick around even when things get tricky!
To enter Advanced group you need to have high heels technique nailed, good level of remembering choreography and strong physical condition.
Once the training group starts, no new members are added. This ensures everyone is at the same level, learns together, and builds real team spirit. It’s one of the key reasons our students progress so quickly.
No drop-ins. This is a structured training system—not casual classes. You commit monthly to keep consistency and see real results.
Yes, absolutely. Just email us or DM Valeriia to discuss the availability.
We don’t offer taster classes—because we stand behind the quality of what we do. Our system is designed for real progress, not just drop-in sessions.
But if you’d like to get to know Valeriia’s teaching style first, you can always start with one of our online tutorials or courses. They’re a great way to experience the vibe, structure, and professionalism we bring to every class.
Yes. Many of our dancers start exactly where you are. This system was built to help you grow your confidence gradually and safely, both in your body and mindset.

Remember you're not alone! If you're in a class in London, there will be a group of equally shocked women right next to you, so the pace and excitement is the same for everyone🤭.
Additionally if you feel you need more time and attention you can always get Private classes with me to polish your technique and have more precise learning.
Sorry, no and here's why - training is designed for consistent progress - not quick fixes. Monthly subscriptions keep you committed, motivated, and part of the group long enough to see real transformation. Whether you’re in group classes or privates, this structure helps you build technique, confidence, and flow over time.
