REFUND POLICY

Who We Are
“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Beyond Heels Ltd, a dance training company registered in England and Wales.
This policy applies to all services delivered by the company and its authorised instructors, including Sofie.
1. Group Classes (In-Person or Online)
Enrolment in any group reserves a limited, non-transferable place within a structured, closed training system.
All payments for group classes are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances.
Payments secure your place within the training system and group progression, not individual sessions.
Missed classes are not transferable, refundable, or recoverable.
Instructor substitution, group merging, or schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
If a group falls below a sustainable number of participants, it may be merged with another group and the schedule may change. This does not qualify for a refund.
If a class is cancelled by us, an alternative date or solution will be provided where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Memberships (Recurring Subscription Payment)
All memberships operate on a recurring monthly payment basis.
Your first payment secures your place in the group and covers your first full month of training.
Memberships run in calendar months only and renew automatically on the 1st of each month, regardless of the original sign-up date.
To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the upcoming month.
If cancellation is not completed before this date, the next payment will be processed as scheduled.
No refunds are issued for any payments already made.
Cancellation stops future payments only and does not reverse or refund the current billing cycle.
Failure to attend classes, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts do not affect billing or eligibility for refunds.
3. Digital Tutorials (Single Purchases)
All digital products are strictly non-refundable.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to proprietary content.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- change of mind
- perceived difficulty level
- lack of usage or completion
- technical issues on the user’s device
4. Online Courses (Including Heels Foundation Course)
All online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
You are responsible for reviewing all available information before purchase.
Refunds will not be issued based on progress, results, or completion.
5. Filming Days, Workshops & Special Events
Payments for filming days, workshops, and special events are strictly non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, no refund or credit will be issued.
If an event is rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be provided.
6. Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to all group programs, memberships, filming days, intensives, private sessions, and any other services where a deposit is taken to secure a place.
7. Private Classes
Private class packages must be used within the agreed timeframe.
Refunds are not provided for unused sessions.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
Any additional studio costs resulting from rescheduling are the responsibility of the client.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a reschedule or credit.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are not part of standard policy.
Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or incomplete participation are not considered exceptional circumstances.
9. Behavioural Removal
Participants removed due to:
- unsafe or disruptive behaviour
- disrespect towards instructors or other students
- repeated policy violations
- breach of Terms or NDA
are not entitled to refunds, credits, or transfers.

This Refund Policy reflects the structure of our training system, where payments secure a place within a limited-capacity program rather than individual attendance.
