how this training works:

Not a drop-in class

This is a structured program where each week builds on the previous one, so you don’t start from zero every time

Technique before choreography

You develop stability, balance, and control first, so movement feels secure before adding complexity

Step-by-step guidance

Movements are broken down clearly, so you always understand what you’re doing and how to improve

Repetition that builds confidence

Key elements are repeated across weeks, allowing your body to learn them properly instead of forgetting

Choreography with purpose

Choreography is used to apply technique, not just to “get through a routine”

Consistent group & individual feedback

You train with the same group each week and receive corrections, so progress feels supported and steady

meet your teacher. Sofie

The beginner groups are led by Sofie, who has been trained within this system and follows Valeriia’s approach to training.

She is known for her clear explanations, attention to detail, and the way she supports beginners so they feel comfortable while progressing each week.

She has also been part of many of the training and filming projects you see on our social pages.

All classes follow the same structured approach, with ongoing guidance behind the scenes.

FAQ.

DO I NEED ANY DANCE EXPERIENCE?

Not at all. The beginner groups are designed for complete beginners, including those who have never danced before. We focus on building your foundation step by step, so you feel comfortable, stable, and confident as you progress.

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

I understand that schedules can change. If you miss your regular session, you’re welcome to attend another available group that week or on a different week, as long as spaces allow, so you can still complete your 4 classes for the month.

The groups follow a structured program, so staying consistent with your main group will always give you the best progress, but this option is there to give you flexibility when needed.

HOW DOES MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Your place in the group is secured through a monthly membership, which covers 4 classes per month within your chosen group. The groups are closed and train together over the season, allowing for a more structured and supportive learning experience.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. You can either message/email Valeriia directly, or use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email to manage it through your Stripe account.

As the groups are planned in advance, cancellations apply to future billing cycles rather than the current month.

WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WEAR?

Once you join, you’ll receive access to our WhatsApp group where we share links to our recommended heels. They are carefully chosen to support your training and make you feel stable and confident.

Delivery can take up to two weeks, so the sooner you sign up, the sooner you can order and have your shoes ready for your first class. In the meantime, you’re always welcome to start in any comfortable heels or even train in socks if needed.

WHICH GROUP SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Each membership is tied to one specific group and time, so it’s best to choose the option you can attend most consistently.

If you’re considering training more than once a week, this can be discussed depending on availability, but additional passes are not part of the standard open sale.

WILL I BE FILMED DURING THE CLASSES?

At the end of each month, we organise a filmed session to capture your progress and create something you can be proud of.

In addition to this, short clips may be recorded in the last few minutes of class as a way to support your homework and help you remember the choreography.

If you prefer not to be on camera, you are always welcome to step out during these moments. However, as this is a group environment, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from all footage. Full details are outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

If you still have a question, feel free to message me directly.

I’m always happy to help you choose the right option.
