8. All instructors operate under the Beyond Heels training system and internal standards.

9. Instructor substitution does not affect the value or structure of the Service and is not grounds for refund, rescheduling, or dispute.

Customer Responsibilities

10. You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate as required for delivery of the Service.

11. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of Services without refund.

Fees & Payment

12. Fees for Services are displayed on our website or agreed in writing.

13. Payment must be made in advance via approved payment methods.

14. All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Memberships (Recurring Subscription Payment)

15. All group training operates on a membership (recurring subscription payment) basis.

16. Your first payment secures your place in the group and covers your first full month of training.

17. Your first payment may be taken before the official start date of your training.

18. Memberships run in calendar months only.

19. All memberships automatically renew on the 1st of each calendar month, regardless of the original sign-up date.

20. You will not be charged twice for the same training month.

21. Example:
If you make your first payment in April to secure your place in a group starting in May, that payment covers your May training. Your next payment will then be taken on 1 June.

22. Membership fees are based on access to the training system and your reserved place within the group, not on attendance at individual sessions.

23. Missed classes are not transferable, refundable, or recoverable.

Membership Cancellation

24. Membership cancellation may be completed in one of the following ways:

- Through the Stripe Customer Portal, using the secure link provided in your confirmation email.

- Through the subscription management link included in all billing emails sent by Stripe

- By contacting us directly at [email protected]

25. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you are entering a recurring payment agreement and that it is your responsibility to manage or cancel your membership using the provided Stripe tools.

26. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the upcoming month.

27. If cancellation is not completed before this date, the next monthly payment will be processed as scheduled.

28. No refunds will be issued for any payments already made.

Closed Groups & Capacity

29. Our training operates in closed groups with limited capacity.

30. Once a group is full, enrolment may close without notice.

31. If you cancel or leave, your place may be reassigned.

32. Payments secure your place within the training system and structured group progression, not individual sessions or attendance.

Low Attendance & Group Changes

33. If a group falls below a sustainable number of participants, we reserve the right to:

- merge the group with another suitable group

- change class time and/or day

- adjust the structure as needed

34. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

35. If the new schedule no longer suits you, you may cancel your membership for future billing cycles in accordance with the cancellation terms.

36. Such changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.
